Transferring the USP Assay of Zidovudine Using CORTECS 2.7 μm Columns

This application note describes the transfer of a USP method to the CORTECS 2.7 μm Solid-Core Particle Columns, which demonstrates up to a 75% reduction in analysis time, and up to a 63% reduction in solvent usage compared to original compendial method.
