UHPLC Analysis of 2-Aminobenzamide-Labeled Glycans with the Vanquish Flex System

This technical note shows the separation of two 2-AB-labeled glycan libraries and linearity data for three different 2-AB-labeled glycan standards on a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Flex system equipped with a Vanquish Fluorescence Detector F. The system, including two different flow cells, is fully biocompatible.
