Use of GenomiPhi DNA Amplification Kit for Array CGH

This application note compares the performance of the DOP-PCR method against GenomiPhi DNA Amplification Kit in the fabrication of slides for array CGH. This demonstrates that the GenomiPhi DNA Amplification Kit can be used successfully to generate BAC arrays. GenomiPhi amplification provides a less expensive protocol, with fewer steps and less sample handling, than DOP-PCR.
