Use of Ion Mobility Spectral Cleanup and Collision Cross Section Values to Increase Confidence and Efficiency in Pesticide Residues Screening Strategies

16 Dec 2014

This application note demonstrates the feasibility of using the ACQUITY UPLC I-Class System in combination with ion mobility mass spectrometry as a new strategic approach for the screening of pesticide residues in food. Results demonstrate that collision cross section values can be used as a new point of identification in routine screening workflow using the UNIFI® Scientific Information System.
