Using Bio-Plex Phosphoprotein Assays to Study EGFR Signaling in Human Patient-Derived Xenografts Treated with Cetuximab

In this application note by Bio-Rad the Bio-Plex phosphoprotein assays were used to demonstrate that the effectiveness of cetuximab is not determined solely by its ability to inhibit EGFR activation.
