Using Dedicated Detectors for Luminescent Signals; Photon-Counting Tube-based Infinite® M200 PRO with Photomultiplier Tube-based Multimode Readers

The Infinite 200 PRO is a user-friendly and affordable multimode reader, designed to cater for the needs of today’s applications. Providing a full range of leading detection methods in one easy-to-use modular instrument, multimode microplate readers (MMRs) are commonly equipped with photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) which are extremely sensitive detectors of light in the ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared ranges of the electromagnetic spectrum. This application note compares luminescence measurements using the Infinite M200 PRO with Photomultiplier Tube-based multimode readers.
