Using Protea’s Cell Lysis kits to Effectively Lyse Yeast Cells

In this application note it is shown that Protea’s Non-Ionic Cell Lysis kit is effective in recovering a broad molecular weight range of proteins from yeast cells. The need for extensive and harsh protein clean- up protocols are reduced.
