Utilizing Two High Content Screening Assays; HCS-Phospholipidosis and HCS-Lysosomal Trapping and In Silico Modeling Approaches in Predicting In Vivo Phospholipidosis

3 Sept 2014

Phospholipidosis can be investigated in early in vitro studies using two different high content screening (HCS) approaches, by either determining the accumulation of phospholipids in lysosomes or the trapping of compounds within lysosomes. This poster evaluates these two approaches in predicting in vivo phospholipidosis in conjunction with in silico models based on physicochemical properties.
