UV-Vis Spectrophotometry: Comparing Absorbance Measurements Between the Quad4 Monochromators-based Infinite® M200 PRO and a Multimode Reader using Photodiode Array Technology

The most widely established technology for UV-Vis absorbance measurement is a monochromator-based microplate reader.
