Validation of the SureTect Salmonella species PCR Assay using the Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 5 PCR Instrument

This study demonstrates that the Thermo Scientific SureTect Salmonella species PCR Assay combined with the QuantStudio 5 Food Safety System is a suitable method for the detection of Salmonella species from a variety of food and environmental surface samples.
