Verification of Mycotoxin Patulin from Apple Juice with Isocratic HPLC

The permitted daily exposure for the mycotoxin patulin is 0.05 µg/mL in apple juice, as stated by the Scientific Committee on Food for the European Commission. In this application note, KNAUER presents a fast protocol for the determination of patulin from apple juice using the AZURA® HPLC plus with a Eurospher II column.
