Verifying the Accuracy and Precision of Liquid Handlers for the Improvement of Assay Reliability

Due to the challenges posed by the use of sub-microlitre liquid handling, many laboratories have automated this process. This poster demonstrates a method for verifying the precision and accuracy of an automated system across a range of aqueous and DMSO target volumes for both wet and dry dispensing. The Artel MVS® was used to validate and optimize three liquid handling products: the mosquito® HTS, mosquito® HV and dragonfly®.
