Whole Genome Amplification from Crude Blood Lysates

This application note describes a simple, robust method for amplifying genomic DNA from whole blood using GenomiPhi™ DNA Amplification Kit and using the amplified DNA as a template for PCR. This method is compatible with common anticoagulants, including heparin, EDTA, and citrate.
