Rules and Regulations

To nominate/vote in the Best New Product Awards, participants must currently be professionals working in a relevant field that requires them to use laboratory products/equipment.
Participants must not work within marketing, communications, PR, product management, or any other role where they would not have direct experience of using the product nominated/voted for.
Participants must not work for product manufacturing companies.
Nominations for the Best New Product Awards must be new to the market or received CE/FDA approval in the previous calendar year.
To take part in the Reviewers’ Choice Awards™ you may write a review about a laboratory product you use at any time.

Prizes for taking part in each Scientists’ Choice Award are specified on the individual nomination and voting survey.
All eligible vote and nomination entries are included in the prize drawing to win the prize specified for the relevant Scientists’ Choice Award.
Prize drawing winners are selected at random.
Prize winners will be contacted via email shortly after the relevant Scientists’ Choice Award^® has been announced and presented.

Manufacturers may actively encourage customers to nominate and vote for products in the Best New Product Award categories.
Nominations for the Best New Product Awards must be new to the market or received CE/FDA approval in the previous calendar year.
Nominations and votes from employees of manufacturers for their own products will not be counted.
These awards may be promoted on external websites.
The Reviewers’ Choice Awards™ are based on the number of reviews and average review ratings that a company or product receives in the previous calendar year.

Winners will receive a special plaque and will be announced online. Winners may also be presented with the award at a relevant exhibition show or conference.
Winner will be provided with materials that can be used in promotions.
