AffinEx™ Protein A is a dry-state protein purification device offered in Tecan's unique Narrow Bore Extraction™ (NBE™) format. Protein A binds to the Fc-region of monoclonal antibodies while the NBE format provides increased interactions between the target analyte and sorbent bed.
The Agilent AffinityScript Multiple Temperature Reverse Transcriptase (RT) system is optimized to produce high cDNA yields over the broadest temperature range. During analysis the multi-temp RT device also ensures high affinity to primer-template complexes. cDNA can be synthesized in amounts up to 20 kb.
The mSAC™ is a high-speed spherical aberration correction device. Similar to an objective correction caller, the mSAC™ corrects for spherical aberration in thick samples and updates dynamically as focus depth is increased. The mSAC™ can be used with all objectives on a microscope.
