New ChemiDoc™ Touch Imaging System

In the past, many researchers have continued to use film for western blot imaging as they have been unconvinced with the results from digital imaging. The new ChemiDoc Touch from Bio-Rad was designed to address these concerns and limitations of digital imaging for western blotting by offering comparable sensitivity and resolution to film in conjunction with a streamlined and efficient workflow for fast acquisition and analysis of publication quality image data. The new ChemiDoc Touch imaging system was given to several researchers who were users of film to test. This video describes how Dr.Ernesto Diaz-Flores found the ChemiDoc Touch in comparison to his usual film based methods for detecting small protein expression differences in translational leukaemia research.
