This video demonstrates PrimaDiag’s innovative Magnetic Work Unit. The alloy and the special design of the pins allow the strength of the magnetic field to be controlled. This makes it possible to create a pellet in a specific position in every well to minimize the elution volume and optimize the washing by avoiding the interactions between the pipette tip and the beads.
