High-parameter cell sorting: Pairing the ID7000™ System with the FP7000 Spectral Cell Sorter

A broad range of researchers are increasingly using high-parameter flow cytometry as a tool to drive insights in the areas of immunology, stem cell research, oncology, and drug discovery. Streamlined workflows that allow users to easily setup high-parameter experiments for analysis and sorting of target populations support accessibility, ultimately leading to better data quality and faster results.

The FP7000 Spectral Cell Sorter is designed with cutting-edge spectral optics, electronics, and fluidics that maximize performance for high-parameter cell sorting applications. Guided workflows in the software enable researchers to easily transfer panels optimized on the ID7000™ Spectral Cell Analyzer or easily setup a multicolor panel for high-speed sorting.

In this webinar, Anthony Carcio, Senior Field Application Scientist at Sony Biotechnology, will review key features of the FP7000 and how it streamlines high-parameter experiments for optimal sorting results. He will also explore how the ID7000 Spectral Cell Analyzer and the FP7000 work integrally, facilitating a seamless transfer of multicolor applications, and review how the FP7000 Spectral Cell Sorter can be used for sorting several distinct and rare subsets of immune cells from a 34-color panel to obtain highly pure populations.

Key learning objectives

  • Discover how the FP7000 design delivers maximum performance for high-parameter applications and simplifies complex workflows to enhance user confidence.
  • Understand how to efficiently transfer experiments between the ID7000 Spectral Cell Analyzer and the FP7000 Spectral Cell Sorter without redesigning or optimizing high-parameter panels.
  • Learn how to setup the FP7000 for a 34-color panel and perform high-speed sorting of six distinct cell subsets.

Who should attend?

This webinar will provide insights to researchers who are familiar with flow cytometry, would like to add multicolor cell sorting to their applications, and want to set up sorting applications in the areas of cell biology, immunology, and microbiology.

Certificate of attendance

All webinar participants can request a certificate of attendance and a learning outcomes summary document for continuing education purposes.
