Advanced Insights into Receptor Expression and Avidity Binding Dynamics on Cells Using IndEx-2 and heliXcyto in Drug Development

Single-cell Interaction Cytometry (scIC) is a transformative technology that enables the detailed study of individual cell interactions within complex biological systems. In this webinar, Dr. Nichole Cerutti, Director of Biophysics at RoukenBio, and Dr Vivien Hafner, responsible for Scientific Communication at Bruker Biosensors will explore the power of single-cell Interaction Cytometry and its key role in the development of therapeutics. This webinar will showcase the IndEx-2 system, which enables precise control of titratable protein expression levels. By combining this advanced system with cutting-edge technologies, participants will gain deeper insights into therapeutic interactions and efficacy at the cellular level.

Key learning objectives

  • Learn how different levels of target expression can affect the key characteristics of targeted therapeutics with the IndEx-2 platform.
  • Discover single-cell Interaction Cytometry and how it can be used to characterise the kinetics of therapeutic molecules in a more physiologically relevant setting. For instance, when binding to targets on the cell surface.
  • Explore how the implementation of inducible cell lines with this technology can aid the understanding of the binding capabilities of targeted therapeutics.
  • Learn how target density can influence the kinetics and avidity of molecule binding.

Who should attend?

This webinar is ideal for translational researchers involved in drug discovery and development, particularly those focused on the development of biotherapeutic molecules. Professionals working in the areas of oncology, immuno-oncology, autoimmune diseases, allergy, and inflammatory conditions will benefit from the insights provided.

Certificate of attendance
All webinar participants can request a certificate of attendance, including a learning outcomes summary, for continuing education purposes.
