Affordable digital dispensing for dose-response studies
Gilson and Funai are excited to announce the launch of the Gilson Digital Dispenser this year. This innovative new offering is a non-contact dispenser capable of dispensing DMSO and aqueous solutions from pL to uL. The large dynamic range makes it ideal for dose-response studies, serial dilutions, and assay miniaturization.
In this SelectScience webinar, our attending experts will demonstrate the functionality of the new Gilson Digital Dispenser with a cell-based assay example. During which, HEK 293 cells were dosed with doxorubicin from 0.00032 to 10 µM concentrations, and viability at 48 hours was quantified using Promega CellTiter-Glo® Luminescent Cell Viability Assay.
