Challenges and Opportunities in Hematology: Live Advancing Healthcare Forum
Join SelectScience® for this exclusive, live roundtable discussion with leading experts in laboratory management. This session is kindly sponsored by Platinum CLINICAL24 sponsor, Scopio Labs.
The CLINICAL24 campaign has highlighted many challenges facing the clinical laboratory today. Key concerns include staffing vacancies and difficulties in implementing new technologies. During this unique live session, our panel of four thought-leaders will discuss their experiences of navigating and solving these challenges in the hematology field, while working at the forefront of laboratory management.
Learning outcomes summary:
- Understand how laboratory managers have managed centralization of services and other efficiency reorganizations
- Understand key considerations when implementing new technologies into the hematology lab
- Learn how managing staff vacancies in the lab and effective staff utilization helps to support the above activities
The discussion will be moderated by Sonia Nicholas, Managing Editor and Clinical Lead for SelectScience.
This Advancing Healthcare Forum is hosted as part of the global CLINICAL24 discussion.
