Comprehensive and easy-to-use workflows for oligonucleotide sequence confirmation

Workflows for the analysis of oligonucleotides by high-resolution liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to support therapeutic drug development can often cover a wide range of modalities, ranging from heavily modified sequences to very large chains that exceed more than 50 nucleotide bases. The analytical need to support such complex and varied oligonucleotide sequences requires both high-quality LC-MS data, as well as comprehensive and easy-to-use data processing tools.

In this webinar, we will explore the data quality produced by the high-resolution LC-MS analysis of a range of oligonucleotides sequences, as well as the setup and processing of the subsequent results. Tools and workflows designed to automatically identify and confirm both full length product as well as product impurities will be discussed, including data processing and visual display capabilities intended to simplify sample analysis streamline data review.
