Matthew Boeck (BSc, Marine Environmental Sciences, University of Portsmouth) has over two decades of experience in developing and marketing laboratory products across life science and analytical chemistry applications worldwide. As the commercial lead for the Lovibond® color measurement portfolio, he has a passion for helping laboratories solve real-world challenges. He thrives on engaging with users, sharing practical insights, and demonstrating how the right techniques and tools can make color measurement faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

Matt Russell is a color quality control expert with over 25 years' experience of solving problems all around the globe. He is a chemistry alumnus of the University of Manchester, UK. Throughout his career he has worked in a variety of technical, commercial, and managerial roles. Since 2007, working for the Lovibond Group, he has been involved in the development, improvement and dissemination of color quality control technology and knowledge. He is an enthusiastic supporter of the correct application of international standards as advocated by bodies such as the ASTM, AOSC, BSI and ISO.
