Ricky Dy is an experienced IT professional with over 25 years of expertise in system administration, application development, and technical support across client-server and mainframe environments. He is currently focused on supporting multiple enterprise systems, with a particular emphasis on quality control (QC) operations and Sapio Sciences Informatics Platform.  He plays a pivotal role in the management and support of the Serialized Forms project within a Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring the integrity and efficiency of quality-related workflows. In addition, he provides essential backup support for the Sapio  Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), contributing to robust data management and laboratory operations.

Dr. Rob Brown received his PhD in Cheminformatics from the University of Sheffield, UK. He then started his career as a postdoc and later, a research scientist in the Computer Aided Molecular Design department at Abbott Laboratories (Abbvie). Following this, Dr. Brown spent eight years at Dotmatics where he held various positions including Head of Global Presales and Head of Product Marketing & Product Management, before moving into his current position as the Global VP and Head of Scientific Office at Sapio Sciences.
