Spectral Flow Cytometry - Areas of Focus to ensure Data Quality

This educational webinar series focuses on bringing together the various elements to consider when using spectral flow cytometry.

The presentations will include a review of the basic principles of spectral flow cytometry so users of all expertise levels can easily design panels for high-parameter experiments, to achieve a greater depth of information. Using examples from the new ID7000™ spectral cell analyzer, we will show how parametric data can be delivered from spectral data by spectral unmixing, some key aspects of generating and using reference spectra and considerations when designing multicolor panels. We will also discuss ways to optimize panel design and gain efficiency in the use of controls to ensure the highest data quality.
