Detecting Genotoxic Impurities using 2D Chromatography

2D chromatography is a form of separation science where chemical compounds that cannot be resolved in the primary dimension are sent to a secondary column for further separation, based on a difference in selectivity. Genentech is developing a stability-indicating 2D-LC method to detect if there are any co-eluting or genotoxic impurities in its samples.
