Real Time Detection of GPCR Signals in Living Cells

In this presentation filmed during SLAS2017, scientists from Montana Molecular, Anne Marie Quinn and Shane Tillo, discuss how they have successfully utilized the CLARIOstar­^® in the development of live cell assays for GPCR signaling. Highlighting the unique features of the CLARIOstar which have enabled fluorescent detection within the living cell, which include the presence of an Atmospheric Control Unit and increased sensitivity.
