Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ABCG2; which is also known as BCRP or ATP-Binding Cassette. ABCG2 is a protein frequently found in plasma membrane and nucleus. It is expressed on epithelial cells of eyes and brain. It is extensively used in porphyrin homeostasis. ABCG2 is upregulated in brain tumors.
