Description
Bovine serum albumin (BSA) is the most abundant protein in bovine plasma. BSA is produced in the liver and the concentration of BSA in plasma is 35-50 mg/ml. The molecular mass is 69 kDa. This antibody reacts with denatured bovine serum albumin. Albumin was treated with formaldehyde and lysine for 2 weeks at 35°C and then autoclaved for 1 h at 110°C.
