Flow cytometry
Used this antibody for Flow cytometry to detect activation of DDR pathways in THP1 cells. Specificity and sensitivity was excellent since both unstained and isotype control (provided in the website) gave very low background signal. Positive staining was validated by treatment with Etoposide in THP1 cells (20 microM for 30 minutes). Results were very reliable in all the independent experiments performed. No need to use secondary antibody since AF647 signal from primary antibody gives excellent fluorescent signal.
