Description
Mouse Anti-Adenovirus Hexon Monoclonal antibody for IF, ELISA. Monoclonal Antibody to Adenovirus hexon Applications：Applications for these products include direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culture system. Functions in IFA & ELISA. Suggested starting ranges are 1:5–1:20 is recommended. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
