Description
Sheep Anti-Mouse Albumin polyclonal antibody for RID, DID, IEP. Applications：Suitable for use in a variety of gel techniques including radial immunodiffusion (RID), DID and immunoelectrophoresis (IEP). The use of 3% PEG 6000 with 1.2% agarose in a suitable buffer (such as TBE or Tris-barbital pH >8.2) is recommended. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. RID: 10ul antiserum/cm2 in gel vs 5ul mouse serum, 1:50 - 1:200. DID: 10ul antiserum vs 3ul mouse serum (1:50 dilution). IEP: 100ul antiserum vs 5ul mouse serum (1:50 dilution)
