Description
anti-Smooth Muscle Actin antibody:1A4/ ASM-1 represents an excellent marker for myogenic soft tissue tumors and smooth muscle differentiation. Polypeptide reacting: specific for α-smooth-muscle isoform of actin (Mr 43,000). Tumors specificallly detected: leiomyosarcoma, leiomyoma, certain stromal cells surrounding infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast. Tested cultured cell lines: Stress fibers of smooth muscle-derived cells and some smooth muscle subtype fibroblasts.anti-mouse IgG goat polyclonal, HRP conjugate:Whole mouse IgG secondary antibodies are isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography. The antibody is conjugated to Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and is commonly used for WB, IHC and ELISA.Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, the antibody reacts with whole molecule mouse IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other mouse immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
