Hyb-8 recognizes free biotin and biotinylated proteins (HS biotin, NHS amidocaproylbiotin). The length of the spacer does not affect mAb binding. The antibody also react with biotinylated DNA probes.Positive Control: Tissues enriched with biotinylated probes
