Description
EBS-I-014 reacts with flagellar core protein of Borrelia species including B.burgdorferi. B.burgdorferi is a species of bacteria of the spirochete class of the genus Borrelia causing Lyme disease, a vector-borne, multisystem inflammatory disease which is transmitted to humans by the bite of ticks of the Ixodes ricinus complex.Positive control: B.burgdorferi & B.spirochetes
