Description
The antibody reacts with a large variety of tumors with oncofetal characteristics; the antigen may also be detected in normal epithelia and tissue of non-neoplastic state. Absorption with 10 –100 µg immu-nogen per ml diluted antiserum abolishes staining.Positive control: Bouin-fixed paraffin sections of human colon carcinoma
