Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD14 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD14 antibody, clone 61D3 recognizes human CD14, otherwise known as monocyte differentiation antigen. It is a 40kDa protein found on cell surfaces, particularly macrophages. CD14 acts as a co-receptor (along with the Toll-like receptor TLR 4 and MD-2) to mediate the innate immune response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood. Applications：FC
