Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD22 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD22 antibody, clone Mc64-12 recognizes the human CD22 cell surface antigen, a 130/140kDa glycoprotein expressed by cells of B lymphocyte lineage. CD22 is initially expressed cytoplasmically and subsequently on the cell surface during B cell maturation. It is lost upon terminal differentiation to plasma cells. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
