Description
Mouse Anti-Rat CD28 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Rat CD28 antibody, clone JJ319 recognizes the rat cell surface antigen CD28, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, expressed by the majority of T lymphocytes and a subset of NK cells. CD28 is an essential costimulatory receptor for T cell activation and a modulator of T-cell cytokine production. Ligands of CD28 include CD80 (B7-1), CD86 (B7-2) and P13-kinase. Mouse anti Rat CD28 antibody, clone JJ319 has been identified as a highly effective co-stimulator of T cell proliferation and IL-2 secretion by resting T cells.
