Description
Mouse Anti-Dog CD34 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti dog CD34 antibody, clone 1H6 is specific for canine homologue of CD34, a glycosylated type 1 transmembrane protein of approximately 110kDa expressed on the cell suface of endothelial cells and haematopoietic stem cells. Clone 1H6 is a key marker of canine hematopoietic progenitor cells. Clone 1H6 is reported for use in CD34+ enrichment studies. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1x106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
