Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD38 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD38 antibody, clone HIT2 recognizes human ADP-ribosyl cyclase/cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 1, also known as CD38, 2-phospho-ADP-ribosyl cyclase/2-phospho- cyclic-ADP-ribose transferase, ADP-ribosyl cyclase 1 or T10. CD38 is a 300 amino acid ~45kDa single pass type II transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by activated T cells and by plasma cells. Flow Cytometry Use 20ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood. Applications：FC
