Description
Rat Anti-Mouse CD44 monoclonal antibody for FC; IF. Rat anti Mouse CD44 antibody, clone KM201 recognizes the murine CD44 antigen, a glycoprotein of 80 to 95kD. This antibody stains subpopulations of cells from lymphoid tissues and bone marrow cultures as well as lymphoid cells. Staining of normal bone marrow cells reveals high and low density populations - consistent with published descriptions of Pgp-1 antibodies. Suitable in studies of lymphopoiesis and myelopoiesis. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
