Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD45 monoclonal antibody for IHC. Mouse anti Human CD45 antibody, clone HI30 recognizes the human CD45 cell surface antigen, also known as the leucocyte common antigen. CD45 is expressed by all leucocytes, expression on granulocytes being weaker than on lymphocytes. Flow Cytometry Use 5ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood.
