Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD45RA monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Human CD45RA antibody, clone Bu78 recognizes human CD45RA, a 220kD isoform of the leucocyte common antigen CD45, which is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family. CD45RA is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and most monocytes. CD45RA plays an important role in the regulation of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signalling.
