Description
Rat Anti-Mouse CD48 monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD48 antibody, clone OX-78 labels mouse thymocytes, B and T cells and macrophages. CD48 is a ligand for the mouse CD2 cell surface antigen. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. Applications：FC
