Description
Mouse Anti-Rat CD5 monoclonal antibody for FC. Mouse anti Rat CD5 antibody, clone OX-19 recognizes the rat CD5 cell surface antigen, a 69kD glycoprotein expressed by T cells, thymocytes and a subset of B cells. Mouse anti Rat CD5 antibody, clone OX-19 has been reported as being suitable for use on periodate-lysine paraformaldehyde (PLP) fixed paraffin embedded tissue. Mouse anti Rat CD5 antibody, clone OX-19 is routinely tested in flow cytometry on rat splenocytes. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul.
