Description
Rat Anti-Mouse CD5 monoclonal antibody for FC. Rat anti Mouse CD5 antibody, clone YTS 121.5.2 recognizes murine CD5 (Lyt-1) a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by T-lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD5 plays an important role in the regulation of immune tolerance and lymphocyte selection. Rat anti Mouse CD5 antibody, clone YTS 121.5.2 is suitable for T-cell depletion in vivo. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity Fc receptors. Applications：FC
