Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD53 monoclonal antibody for FC. This product reacts with a 32kDa antigen, a single chain glycoprotein on most leucocytes. There is no cross-reactivity with erythrocytes or platelets. The antibody recognises a broad span of leucocytes of both normal and neoplastic origin. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x 106 cells in 100ul. Applications：FC
