Description
Hamster Anti-Mouse CD79B monoclonal antibody for FC. Hamster anti Mouse CD79b antibody, clone HM79-11 recognizes murine CD79 beta, which is expressed by B cells as part of the B cell receptor complex (immunoglobulin and the CD79 alpha/beta heterodimer). Murine CD79 beta is expressed at the cell surface of pro-B cells prior to surface immunoglobulin, and is expressed throughout B cell differentiation. CD79 beta is a B cell specific marker, valuable for the detection of B cells at all maturation stages. Flow Cytometry Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells in 100ul. The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors. Applications：FC
