Description
Mouse Anti-Human CD80 monoclonal antibody for FC. This product recognises the human CD80 cell surface antigen, also known as B7-1. CD80 is expressed by activated B cells, and is important in B cell - T cell interactions, being a ligand of CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). Flow Cytometry Use 20ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul whole blood. Applications：FC
